These are my go to for fresh breath.First off, I like them because no one can see you chewing gum or eating a mint. They just dissolve on your tongue.They work instantly and keep my breath fresh for a few hours.The size is perfect, I can keep them in my jeans pocket and forget they are there.You can't see them even when I wear skin tight jeans.I ran out a few weeks ago and bought spearmint altoids and they weren't nearly as good. I noticed I needed way more mints compared to the listerine strips.Lastly, I like that they don't make me worried that I have sugar on my teeth all day.10/10 would recommend
