As is the normal these days the package is smaller and the price goes up. Cheaper on Bolo than in my stores. I use this to make home made chocolate pudding and homemade hot fudge sauce for ice cream.

This is Nov 2024. The best buy date on the package is Aug 2026. So, don't worry about it not being fresh because it's over a year fresher than what I found at my local grocery store. The choc cake was fantastic, too. (Baker's unsweetened choc and Guittard's semi-sweet choc).

El producto llegó en mal estado pese a que la fecha de caducidad es correcta. Se hace polvo y tiene un color opaco y claro, aunque el centro es del color que debe de ser, como cuando el chocolate se hace viejo. Quizá es que no se ha almacenado correctamente, pero tuve que tirarlo a la basura.
