I love this soup and I use it when I am cooking the same meats in my new crock pot as a seassoning and for a great teast and very tender meats.

As a soup it was 260 calories per can-- which can be split as smaller servings or used as a base for a single person's meal by adding a pack of noodles to the soup and then cooking it in the microwave. All around good for nutrition and being filling, it is a good start to a meal or as a solo comb. And amusingly, the packet of noodles is more calories than the soup "most of the time" so do the math to make sure it is enough for what you are going do in terms of nutrition and volume.If you use it as a base make sure there will be enough for the number of people eating it. It goes down easily, and kids liked it as much as the adults liked it-- and that is rare...

I've purchased this brand many times at stores and decided to try online for the sale price. Cans came with good expiration dates. Many flavors to choose from at the time. Quick, easy meal on those busy nights, just add some crackers or biscuits. Unfortunately more than one can came dented for which I received a refund.

Always enjoy these quick meal out of the can. Doesn't need to be refrigerated and for emergency hunger it's perfect. Flavor and taste is perfect for me. For some it might a too salty. Have enough meat per can to satisfy my craving for the moment.
