Size is perfect for the coffee table. For us, it holds candy, but could easily be used for a variety of items as it is a heavy, and well made crystal jar. Functionally sound and beautiful to look at, regardless of personal decor tastes.

I purchase the canisters to store some candy items that are not individually packaged. I like that the candy appears acctractively through the crystal. The lid keeps the candy sealed and I purchased the tongs for retrieving the candy. I was surprised that the tongs store nicely inside of each container. The canister are the perfect sizes for the candy I have selected and it presents them attractively on the counter. I like that the lid rest on an inside lip so that it can close secured.Originally I considered only purchasing the large container but for a litte more I could have all three and had no problem using them. The were shipped in individual boxes inside a larger box with extra packaging for the lids and styrofoam for security. All pieces arrived in tact.

These are a lovely set of cannisters and have such aesthetic appeal. I am so glad that I bought them and that they were on sale. I do agree with another buyer that they are cut glass, not crystal. But, they are heavy and so lovely.

I think theses are very attractive and are good value for money considering they are cut crystal. However, I did not use them as I intended as they looked too heavy on my bathroom vanity. I have decided to keep them and use for holiday decoration instead .
