I love rice cakes whenever I feel like being a greedy little pig I just eat a few rice cakes. It's low in calories and yes while there are sugars everything in the world has sugars. Your average soda had 75 grams of sugar these innocent little rice cakes only have 3. That would mean you'd have to eat 15 rice cakes to get the equivalent of one soda which is amazing. Would recdomend eating with protein like peanut butter to balance out and not receive empty calories.

Great tasting, versatile rice cakes. Even if they don't have salt, they are great; this makes them work even better topped with sweet things. I usually buy the lightly salted ones, but I like these more.I use them from snacks, paired with cream cheese, celery or carrots, peanut butter or just simple (depends on what extra macros I need to add to my day).Product arrived in perfect condition, not a single piece broken.
