I use this and I know it's bad for me or at least people like to tell me that it's bad for me I suppose it is but I like to stay skinny because I'm Richard's wife and this is his account and I think he likes me skinny anyhow this stuff helps me stay skinny and it's really great I love this product and I'm going to keep buying it because I'm old and I've been using it my whole life I'm from the Jane Fonda era LOL and this is a voice activated opinion or review and I wish it knew where to add, and.
