Perfect size for my humidor. I bought 2. Only issue I have had is the double sided adhesive does not want to hold tight enough for them to stay adhered to the top of my humidor. However I am trying them stuck to the velcro pads that were on my previous humidifiers so the bond may not be as strong as if it were stuck to the lid itself. Love the magnetic base that allows easy removal for recharging. Lasting a long time with consistent humidification level. Finally something better than the old floral foam humidifiers that came with my humidor.

Awesome product and worked as advertised. Much better than humidifiers that came with humidor. Fill with xikar pg solution and you will not encounter a problem. You will not have to worry about your precious cigars after adding this humidifier to your humidor. Go with this and you will save yourself headaches and stress. Kept my humidor at 70% RH and i dont have to worry about it for around 60 or so days......I LOVE IT and you too...

I have a coupe humidors and the primary one hold about 75 cigars. The Xikar humidifier that came with it was not enough to keep them at 69-70% so I purchased this additional one to sit inside. It is working very well in tandom with the other one. I would say it would work just fine with a 25-30 cigar humidor by itself. I also don't use Xikar fluid as it is expensive. I use any fluid with the 70% mixture. I arrived quickly and was reasonably priced.

I don't know if its my humidor or these Xikar humidifiers, I have trouble with my humidor. Only time I can keep it above 70 during winter is with a wet paper towel. Seriously, the wet paper towel works better. In Fairness, I have radiator heating which is super dry.

I'm new to cigars (I decided to make them my new "vice" for 2012), so I've tried to be fairly economical and frugal in my purchases. I have a small (25 cigar) and inexpensive humidor, and despite seasoning it for 3 days, it and the humidifier it shipped with--a water-based foam one--had difficulty maintaining 70% humidity for even a week. I was tired of constantly finding the humidifer dry, and decided to upgrade.This Xikar Cigar Humidifer (for a 100-count humidor) may be over-sized, but its crystal gels along with the recommended propylene glycol (Xikar Humidifier Solution 16 oz.) ensure a constant 70% humidity... not too wet, despite it being oversized for my humidor, and certainly not too dry. I can now easily go several weeks to a month without having to refill! More importantly, my cigars can season nicely and as such the humidor smells fantastic when I open it to find something to smoke.

Followed instructions to the T. Worked great the first time, kept humidor at a perfect 70%. Fluid level went down and I went to refill with distilled water. The crystals tuned to a mass of solid mush.
