5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing flavor
This is a great alternative to things like pop tarts and I highly recommend it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Guilt-free treat that's yummier than others out there :-)
First, I'm not really the type who eats these snacks- toaster pastries, etc.- but I try to eat healthier. However, I saw these at Whole Foods and thought it looked like a nice healthy treat. And, OMG, it's so good. The texture of the pastry itself was perfect, sweet (but not over the top), and didn't leave me feeling sick or heavy.I highly recommend it—it's definitely worth trying. (Some people are hesitant to try the organic or healthier versions of certain foods. This one is far better than other brands on store shelves. Try it!
1.0 out of 5 stars I'd go some. Place else to buy pop Tarts. But maybe. Come from Amazon but. Find another brand.
At first they were good. But then I tried em. Cold. Them are terrible. They're a little bit too sweet. Not enough filling. I love pop tarts but uh, not enough filling. And there were two sweet. Dry or hot? Now. I didn't mean to say that. I meant hot or cold.
4.0 out of 5 stars I like them, but honestly speaking…
They don’t have much filling, they’re obviously going to be a little dry, and they don’t heat up too well, but they’re not too sweet and I personally like them. Plus, they are organic. I think they’re worth $5, not $10.
3.0 out of 5 stars Very dry
I thought that these pastries would be so good. Instead, they were dry and hard, with very little filling. Disappointed, won't purchase again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Delicious
Yum. As a vegetarian, finding frosted treats not including gelatin can be a Woo-Hoo! moment. These came recommended by Bolo at, like, $2 one fine day in 2023, so I bought them and added them to my subscribe & save. They are delicious, they are also evil, but they're great for days when breakfast and/or lunch have been forgotten. But they are no longer $2 and I doubt they will ever be $2 again; I still wonder WHY they were $2 and the answer is probably what you suspect. I'm sad that I cannot afford these delicious treats, but if you can, I HIGHLY recommend.
2.0 out of 5 stars This is why people think health food tastes bad
I don't have a particularly refined palate and will eat just about anything. I purchased these on sale because we'll eat the occasional pop tart here and I was intrigued by the flavor since pomegranate isn't something you find on offer a lot. They're honestly not very good. They're very dry and in spite of being pretty high in sugar for something marketed as "better for you," tasteless. I couldn't really make out a cherry flavor, much less pomegranate, over the dry and boring pastry. I even tried heating it up a tad. I've read that Bolo will put some food products on a fire sale if they're approaching their expiration date, but it wasn't past that date yet and I do think the food should taste its best until that date. Either way, we will not be trying them again as it is one of the rare times I really did just chuck half the package because my family simply didn't want them.
5.0 out of 5 stars The healthier "Poptart"
Every once in awhile, I crave a "PopTart" but refuse to buy them with all the horrible ingredients they put in them. These toaster pastries are the perfect choice. I love the Natures Path Organic line of foods and these toaster pastries allow me and my family to indulge in a guilty pleasure food without feeling completely horrible about it. I'm aware that it's by no means a healthy food but at least it's made with real ingredients. While the price can be quite high sometimes, I try to grab them whenever they're on sale. They come in a variety of different flavors, too. I would definitely recommend these toaster pastries if you've got that craving or want to swap out your kid's treat with something real.
