I’m not a baker but when I learned about aluminum being in most baking powders I looked up a clean baking powder and found this. It is healthier than dollar store baking powders but still affordable in my opinion. The size is perfect. I think it taste the same and makes my baking goods come out delicious.

I prefer Rumford baking powder because it is aluminum-free. It issometimes not carried by your local grocers. It does cost a bit more.But it is worth it. Bolo is competitively priced.
