This was a great buy for me as I was looking for a spicy and full flavored chili paste condiment to marinate chicken and pork. It did the job and a little goes a long way! Very pleased with purchase.

OH MY GOODNESS🌹 No claims to swear this is god for other gluten free people. I've avoided white rice and sausces since 1990 when we were sold the myth that brown rice was healthier than white. Some Dr. on Youtube feed educated me Asians have been removing husk and exterior of rice to get to the inner softness of the fluffy white centers for thousands of years for a reason. He said husks cut our gut lining, leafy gut means small prickers open and let bile into blood stream etc. I found FODMOP information about leaky gut, learned im allergic to some fruits and vegetables, spices etc because they are high in things which the acronym is named. Long story short- bought 10 items to test, ate, didnt bloat or get gluten sick because of the white rice magic I just learned. I got sticky rice, these sweet rice cracker/cookies, noodles, lemon grass soup and sweet n sour sauce, tahini. I made my own lemon tahini dressing by watching a Rufus inspired training video thanks to Bolo's Rufus AI guy that prompted video options into my shopping experience 3 days ago. I will save these items to my profile, follow and search them there if you want, Im going to eat my new favorite things. THANK GOD FOR Bolo's OPTIONS FOR Korean and Japanese foods.

Called for in many recipes. It has a strong, spicy, fishy taste and smell, but you only need a little bit to diffuse through a sauce or dressing to give an authentic Thai flavor as called for in Thai recipes.

I can't get this in the stores any more, so I have ordered it twice and both of my orders come with the product sealed but they "leak" ( seemed to seep out from under the seal) all over everything!

The jars are leaking oil. So messy. The box arrived with oil stains. When i opened the jar, there was oil all around. Had to wrap the jar in plastic wrap before placing in the refrigerator.

I usually get the authentic chili paste from Vietnam or Thailand that comes in a large plastic jar. It’s been very hard to find lately, maybe because of the sirarcha shortage. This is much more expensive and very oily - the authentic stuff is neither. But beggars can’t be choosers, and it will do until I can find the original

Perfect addition to all your Thai dishes. Highly recommend, the only thing is that it is very difficult to find. My only regret is that I didn’t get enough of this versatile spice.

This Stuff Is Delicious
This stuff is delicious with an amazing, sweet chili flavour that would add something to almost any dish. The only shame is that it's contained in such a tiny jar.

I like the flavor combination. It's got kick, but balances out with a bit of sweetness to it. A little goes a long way with this oil.
Cracked glass and leaking
We love the product and have ordered it many times over the years.This batch arrived and at the time I didn’t realize they were cracked on the bottom.By the time I realized they were leaking it was a few weeks after the delivery. We cannnot return because it is a good item. Hopefully we can get some replacements sent.
