Fits my Carene perfectly. Made a huge difference in ink delivery as my original developed a hairline crack in the seal and was letting way too much air through.

I suppose, some people don't want to mess with filling their pen from an ink bottle, and therefore don't need the converter. When I recently bought two Waterman pens as gifts, I bought two converters as a matter of course. I seldom, if ever, use the cartridges that come with the fountain pen. In fact, back in the 50's if it had cartridges, we called it a cartridge pen. If it had the lever on the side to fill with a bottle, then we called it a fountain pen. Now, they seem to be lumped together.

This device fits the Waterman fountain pen well. It is easy to use and holds a decent amount of ink. You should easily recover the cost of this device over the cost of ink cartridges.

I enjoy switching out different colors of ink. There are SOOOOOO many choices out there, even rich, beautiful blue blacks, black-browns, etc. why go with just boring black?So rather than flushing out a converter before refilling, with each new color of ink I purchase, I add a new converter, then number the ink bottle and write the corresponding number on the converter with a sharpie. They're cheap and worth the price if it saves me from having to flush. After all, the plunger twists, making flushing an arduous task. Having these on hand saves tons of time and makes writing fun.Another reviewer took off a couple of stars because the converter doesn't fit his pen. As far as I know, it should fit all Waterman pens, but you'll want to check with the manufacturer to be certain it fits your model. Even a simple google search would be preferable to ordering this Waterman converter for your Parker pen and finding out after the fact, it's proprietary and doesn't fit.***UPDATE 12/29/12*** I received a Waterman Hemisphere Fountain Pen as a gift and had to remove one of these converters with pliers. Still works fine. . .but removing it with pliers is a tad inconvenient, so evidently they do not work on all pens as described, so I'm revising my review. They fit perfectly in my Carene and Exception, however.

This converter works just as expected in my stainless steel Waterman Graduate pen. it holds a good amount of ink for a converter and I've had no problems with it yet. It appears to be a genuine Waterman, as it is stamped with the Waterman name on the metal part.A converter is a must for me as I like to use my bottled inks. Imo, pens should include a converter but most of them don't.For some reason they sent me more than one; I appreciate the bonus. The converters were not in a box, just a plastic bag. As long as this converter continues to work as it does now, I have no problem with it. A little pricey for one, but okay with my "bonus."I have no idea if these Waterman converters are the same as the "standard international" size or not. There is conflicting info on that, so I ordered the Waterman converter for my Waterman pen.The Waterman Graduate pen is a great pen, btw, especially for the $13 price! For an inexpensive pen it rivals my beloved Pilot Metropolitans, lol. (The Metropolitan includes a squeeze converter but costs a few dollars more than the Graduate.)I have a Waterman Hemisphere pen on order. If the additional converter has any issues in that pen I'll edit this review, but I expect it will work okay.

I had thought about this for some time and finally ordered one. Now, I wonder why I waited so long! I got it from Onzolo and it arrived 2 days after I placed the order! It installs as easily as the cartridges it replaces and with even less effort. The filling was so simple, I was amazed. Brilliant design for sure. And I no longer am tied to cartridges. The converter is about the same price, sometime less than a box of cartridges. And you can use any brand, type, color of ink you desire. Don't wait like I did, order up from Onzolo today!

As the title reads.Fits very snug, no issues drawing up ink, or with ink flow. Now time will only tell how long it will last.It was bought for and fits an old 1970s/1980s waterman executive slim profile pen with a medium tip nibb.The convertor bore opening 0.4mm if I recall correctly.Hope that helps.

Penso sia meglio della cartuccia perchè quando incomincia a essere scarico e la penna ha delle mancanze, basta svitarlo in modo da abbassare lo stantuffo e la penna ritorna come fosse carica fino all'ultima goccia. Quando si manovra tenerlo pizzicato con le dita dalla parte metallica. Perfetto.
