After reading about resveratrol, I tried Solaray as it's a brand I've used and liked before. My experience has been interesting, as I took this as part of my fight against chronic fatigue. This product seemed to help my body regulate itself. For example, I was almost always dehydrated, and never thirsty. With this product I started getting the urge to drink water at multiple times each day. I have the inclination to breathe deeply from time to time. Most noticeably, I've been sleeping through the night and my blood-sugar levels have dropped (taking 2 to 3 tablets per day, which is above the suggestion on the bottle. Just note that this review is NOT medical advice or health advice). I tried one other brand that was a bit less expensive, but I returned to Solaray.

Product was packaged nicely and came within a few days. Recommend this product and Solaris as vendor. I take this for my heart. Heart disease runs in my family. My mom had four heart bypasses. This product is a must for me. Preventive medicine is a top priority for me. Chemical pills have so many bad side affects that I use herbs and other natural products to keep me healthy. I take High Potency Milk Thistle, Queens Magic bee pollen, Holy Basil, and Resveratrol. These products have helped my aging body. Golden years can be challenging.
