    The first time I ordered these the jar was all broken and wasn't able to take them because of all the glass. Also at time they were non-refundable. This last time it says they are refundable, so tried again, because I really like this product. This time everything was perfect. So glad, as I take these all the time. The pills are too big for me to swallow, so I just chew them up. I don't mind, because they have the ratio of calcium/ magnesium that is recommended.

    I also take athletic greens, which does not have a daily value of vitamin D in it. I love the solgar brand because of its manufacturing process, it’s glass instead of plastic bottle, and it is made in the USA.

    Have used this many years along with a number of other Solgar products. Do not know if this is slowing down Arthritis? Mine is advancing but is still in the first stage, thumb, slowly. Being in my eighties, what I have done is purchased other brand and will see if any difference in six to twelve months. It speaks well for Solgar to see their superior packaging. Possibly slowing down chemical changes?

    This Calcium/Magnesium/Vitamine D3 supplement by SOLGAR has a nice amount of each necessary vitamin/mineral. This is important because the 3 are necessary to take together to get the best value from each part. It's pretty easy to take. It came highly recommended in a book I'm reading: "Drug Muggers" by Suzy Cohen, RPh. If you need an open, educated mind to sort out vitamins and minerals, this book is also very good. In the past I have bought so many vitamins/minerals all separately. It looked like I was a vitamin junkie. I just feel our current ways of farming food remove a lot of nutrients, so I take some in pill form. It's nice to get these 3 in 1 pill! The price wasn't too bad either.
