This is very good tasting mass gainer. It really works to put on the size and muscle. Doesn't hurt my stomach, easily disolves. I split it in half with regular protein and it's make it last a long time. Good value for the money in my opinion. The sealable bag is nice as well.

I got vanilla milkshake and I just have to say this taste 10000x better than any vanilla milkshake I’ve ever taste in my life and the calories in it is a major boost. I would recommend putting it in the fridge after you blend it though it taste WAY better cold. I would definitely recommend this

I love working out.I am naturally skinny, but have bulked up after years of training and eating right.This is the only protein powder that helped me see any real noteworthy results.You won't go crazy gaining weight but for me at least, it helped give me a nice push into breaking what I thought was a peak for natural weight gain (around 15 pounds more, after a year).Great for muscle building, but for those that may need to gain weight in general this could be used as well. They taste great.Least favorite is the Brownie one as it is WAAAAYYY too sweet. It feels like ur drinking brownie batter.The other flavors taste amazing when blended with milk, water, coffee, and fruits (whichever you prefer most).The drinks are also pretty filling. If you are on the beginning of your training journey, take it easy and eat light meals with it. Otherwise you may feel sick for a tiny bit.

love that you get alot for the price! will for sure be ordering again, only thing is its sweeter then my normal protein powder which is not a issue just throwing it out there so if you are using sweetners like i do i usually add condensed milk just add with moderation. it keeps me full and it came with more serving then stated because it says two scoops for full portion nd one scoop for half the calories i still hve a good amount left and i passed the serving stated on the bag. not complaining but totally worth every cent if you do plan to gain weight mix it with mass gain workouts and youll see a difference very quickly

Idk what all these reviews are saying it's really sweet or that it tastes great, it tastes the way a bunny's cage smells 😅 i got the chocolate brownie one specifically and yeah, it's tolerable but not great by any stretch. Also, to get all 1000 calories, you have to drink 4 SCOOPS of this stuff. And it's a HUGE scooper. I mixed it with milk and it didn't mix well at all, very clumpy and unpleasant consistency. I'm sure it's fine as far as actual nutritional content, but it's a lot to drink 32oz of protien shake every day. I didn't realize each serving size was 2 huge scoops and the recommendation was 2 servings daily.

Erstmal die Werte auf 100g, das man sich leichter orientieren kann:Fett: 0.9g [Fraktioniertes Kokosnussöl, Avocado, Kürbiskernsamen]Kohlenhydrate: 81.0g [Wachsmaisstärke, Maltrodextrin, Süßkartoffel]Protein: 10.5g [Whey Protein Isolat; Hydrolysat; Konzentrat]Insgesamt ist es eine sehr gute Zusammensetzung die auch aus der großen Masse heraussticht. Die meisten Gainer bestehen hierbei nur aus Maltrodextrin. Ebenso hat man ein 3 Komponenten Protein Blend (Dieser ist m. M. n. nicht wirklich notwendig aber ein nice to have)Ich finde für High Carb-Ernährung ist der Gainer extrem gut, weil er extrem viele Kohlenhydrate und nicht all zu viel Protein hat. Das macht ihn leichter in die Ernährung einzubauen ohne seine anderen Proteinquellen kleinhalten zu müssen.Geschmacklich geht er gut, jedoch auf 285g (1 Serving) ist der Geschmack nur mit viel Wasser genießbar. Aber sonst kann man sich nicht beschweren.

Tried bulking countless times and always struggled. Ive being have 3 shakes, with 2 scoops of powder, a day. Its tasty and mixes better than any other mass gainer ive tried.This product was a total game changer. 3 weeks in, 1.5kg of muscle mass added. 2kg in total weight. Will be buying again!
