Color-coded progressive resistance gives at-a-glance documentation of progress from one level to the next. Tubing can be incorporated with a number of attachments to expand versatility and number of uses.

Wonderfully stretchy, easy to tie, and so far has not broken under heavy use.I previously tried the elastic ribbons ("exercise bands") but they broke very easily. The tubing does not.

I thought it was only a fluke! It would never happen to me. I read the reviews and figured to have the tubing come cut into two pieces would only be a fluke. Trust me! I was kind of pissed off so I got out the tape measure. The long piece measured 28 ft. The short piece measured 10 ft. I guess that is a pretty good deal for purchasing 25 ft. I wanted to be mad but how do you complain when you get more than you bargained for? OBTW, the tubing works great too!

Love this! I received a full 25 foot piece and was able to cut it into multiple pieces so I have one in not only my gym bag but also at work. I like that it came in just a tube and that is how I use it as well. I find it easy to wrap around my hands without needing to buy extra handle attachments. It is just as easy to loop or tie around something stable to anchor it for pulling exercises.
