Just the right amount of hold - not too crazy stiff. Slight fragrence, but not candy sweet like many competitors. Sophisticated and, for my relatively short hair, a bottle lasts a very long time.

I have been using this product for 2 years it has never let me down! Yes, the price is CRAZY but you will only have to buy it maybe every year an a half possibly 2 years. It works for short, long, curly and straight hair. As, for weather it will hold up to any climate. Aveda has great products!

I have fine, thin hair. As soon as humidity hits, all the work I’ve done to make my hair “acceptable” is over. I’ve used this hairspray since the price was $12 a bottle. At this price, it’s still worth it to me.

There is a reason this has been my go-to hairspray for years! I’ve simply stopped buying different types because this delivers exactly what I need.I have shoulder-length straight hair and if I use other hairspray, I lose the little volume my fine hair has. The Firmata Firm Hold spray is buildable, so a quick spritz will maintain my style without looking artificial. If I wear my hair up and need more hold, I just spray more. But either way, my hair looks healthy and polished.This spray has a very light scent that disappears once it has dried.

Best hairspray for holding style that I've ever used. I have very long, thick hair that won't hold a curl past 30 minutes - unless I use this. I can style my hair for an evening out, sleep on it, and still have visibly curled/styled hair that lasts all throughout the next day. It does have a very strong herbal smell, but I like it. I do hate the pump style as it always seems to get a bit clogged after use, but it's worth the hassle for the hold it gives.
