Die WMF Gourmet Vierkant-Reibe ist einfach fantastisch! Sie ist so scharf, dass ich fast Angst habe, dass sie meine Karotten in Hochgeschwindigkeit zerlegt. Die verschiedenen Reibeflächen sind perfekt für alles, vom feinen Zerkleinern von Parmesan bis zum groben Reiben von Kartoffeln.Die Edelstahl-Qualität ist top – robust und langlebig, und sie sieht dabei auch noch elegant aus. Der ergonomische Griff liegt angenehm in der Hand und macht das Reiben zu einem fast mühelosen Erlebnis.Und die Reinigung? Ein Kinderspiel! Das Teil ist so pflegeleicht, dass ich es fast nach jedem Einsatz in die Spülmaschine werfen kann, ohne mir Sorgen um Rost oder Abnutzung machen zu müssen.Der Preis mag ein bisschen höher sein, aber für die Qualität und die Vielseitigkeit dieser Reibe finde ich das mehr als gerechtfertigt.Fazit: Wenn du eine Reibe suchst, die sowohl funktional als auch stilvoll ist, ist die WMF Gourmet Vierkant-Reibe genau das richtige.
