I can't say enough great things about this cookie mix! It's convenient, realtively inexpensive, and the cookies are simply delicious. While you can make them with butter spread or margarine, only real butter gives them that made from scratch taste and texture. I like to make them with salted butter and add a dash of vanilla extract and bake them in mini muffin tins for a little something extra. They're great for company or last minute holiday treats (like for neighbors, etc). And I also like that the batches are small, so if you're just craving a little something sweet one package is just enough for one or two people. Everyone should have a stash of this cookie mix at the ready in the pantry!

These cookies have to be the best peanut butter cookies that I have ever had in my life and they're so easy to make. My first time buying this cookie mix and I'm so happy that I did because boy are they good. The mix is super cheap to buy and they're easy to make and in under ten minutes you have perfect peanut butter cookies. They're not salty, they're perfectly balanced by the sweetness it has and they're chewy with some crunch on the outside of the cookie. I got two bags so I made a lot of cookies, I had to stop myself from getting more than three cookies because I got hooked.

Bought these because I had a taste for cookies and they did not disappoint. 2 simple ingredients..oil and water. I did, however, use butter instead and they came out perfect. If you prefer softer cookies, don't cook for the recommended time.

I love these cookies. I have made them as directed. I have made em with choc chips, sun flower seeds, twice baked, walnuts, coconut, raisins... My favorite thing is that I can make them in less than 1/2 hour and they taste so good. I like crisp cookies so I bake them twice sometimes. Let them cool and the 325 for 6 minutes with a cup of coffee.They other thing I like, like with any cookies, I can freeze the "batter" and have fresh cookies 2 or 3 times. I just enjoy these and so does my family.

If homemade peanut butter cookies are a 10, these would be a 4 which is about the lowest score I'd eat again if there was nothing else available and I was really really craving a peanut butter cookie. Instead of adding 2Tbsp oil and 1Tbsp water as the recipe calls for, I substituted the oil for 3Tbsp peanut butter to add more peanut flavor and it makes it considerably more palatable pushing it up to about a 5.5 which is decent, about the same rating as a grocery store peanut butter cookie which isn't really good, but also isn't terrible either. I'd only choose to use these packs if there is absolutely nothing else available, or if I really needed the portability and ease of use such as when I'm camping. Do not get these if you're just going to bake at home because making them from scratch only takes about 5mins more time, but yields a WAAAAY better cookie that this.
Easy tip to improve flavour--still super fast & easy
When I make peanut butter cookies from scratch, I always use extra peanut butter & vanilla. So I added a dollop (@ 1 heaping Tbsp) of peanut butter and @1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Still super fast & easy. These spread a little more & so are crispier which I prefer. If not your preference then just put the vanilla in the bottom of your Tbsp before adding water, thereby replacing some water with vanilla extract.
