I bought the Veterinary Formula Smart Coat Complex Gloss & Glide Detangler for my puppy, and it's been a game-changer! His long hair stays tangle-free, and it makes brushing so much easier. Plus, it leaves his coat looking and feeling silky smooth. The scent is fantastic, and it lasts, which is a nice bonus. If you have a long-haired dog, I highly recommend this product to keep their coat looking shiny and healthy!

Transfer to a spray bottle. At least 2:1 dilution. Works well as a brushing spray, dilute even more and use finer mist for a decent scissor/static spray. Smells like junior high locker room with the Teen Spirit raspberry scent they chose, but it’s easy to cover up. The bottle it comes in shoots a stream/glob and leaks, then it’s impossible to hold the bottle. Even with all the finagling and scent, I will continue to buy. Works great on brushing out poodle ears!!

My long haired dachshund had hard, fat round mats being both ears. As big as 3/4". (I know, bad dog mommy). This product made her hair so soft and slick that I was able to untangle both rat's nests. I sprayed her down and brushed her out really well afterwards. He cost is shiny and soft. Great purchase since I appear to be a lazy hair stylist for my dog.

Really helps with mats.
Our poodle puppy is getting his grown up hair and his 'puppy' coat is shedding out very slowly. His coat is extremely soft and curly and mats super fast almost in front of your eyes. We must brush him every day and even then he still will mat in places where his harness rubs a bit. This spray really helps me brush out those spots with out hurting him and because you leave it in it seems to help prevent re-matting. It has a mild pleasant scent and I think it is well worth the price.
Amazing brand!
I have been using this brand of conditioner for my Australian Shepherd for a while and I love it, this new product/spray is a perfect addition to my girl's grooming routine! Anyone who has an aussie knows there a chance their coat could end up thicker/longer/curlier than the average aussie, and some have more undercoat than others - my girl is as fluffy, long & curly as they come and was the only big fluff in her litter of 8, the rest have shorter sleeker coats! Before using these products her hair felt coarse and twin like, the conditioner smooths her coat, and now in combination with this spray her coat is even softer and her fur is matting way less than before, not to mention these products smell amazing! I usually have to brush her everyday, but since this spray I can go every 2-3 days and she won't have any mats built up! Very impressed with this product & brand, will continue to buy :)

Atomizer Leaks and Misfires, Making Application Difficult
The bottle label says: 8fl oz (503 ml)But 8fl oz is NOT 503 ml but only 236 ml !The atomizer leaks and swivels, causing the spray to misdirect in all directions, including onto myself instead of the dog’s fur. After the first couple of pumps, the atomizer leaks, and the “gloss and glide” agents make the bottle and spray button slippery. This forces me to use both hands: one to hold the bottle and the other to adjust the nozzle while pumping. Consequently, half of the product ends up on the floor, making a slippery hazard mess, and my hands get covered in it. It’s impractical to hold the dog and work the liquid into her fur when both hands are occupied with the faulty atomizer.I need a non-leaking lever type pump spray bottle for dog detangler. Our dog is a rough collie, and the detangling area is the white fur above her knees.
