I am in my 40s and have had osteoarthritis pain for years caused by an automobile accident over 2 decades ago. I took Aleve for nearly a decade until it started affecting my stomach. Over the years, I have learned to deal with and ignore many pains as a result of these injuries. In the past 1.5 years, I have lost a tremendous amount of weight and began an exercise regimine. In March 2013, My trainer and my doctor both recommended trying some glucosamine when I mentioned the nagging aches I have had for all these years in addition to some newer aches which developed in my shoulders after I started lifting weights.I have never been a fan of taking any type of medicine or supplements, whether prescription or OTC. However, I had to start taking Vitamin D because I apparently do not get enough sunlight, so I thought I would try their suggestion. I started out taking 1 of these in the morning after breakfast and 2 in the evening after dinner. It took approximately a month before I realized those nagging aches in my knees, hips & shoulders were gone.In July 2013, I took a long vacation and through a mishap, lost my glucosamine. I decided not to worry about it until I got back home. The aches and pains came back after a few days, but I thought it could be due to the hiking and other activities I was doing on my trip.After returning home, I started taking the pills again and hoped they really were the cause of the relief previously. It took nearly a month, but the pains went away again. I am now completely convinced these tablets are worth every penny and more. I have not found them locally but I do utilize Bolo's subscribe & save program, which reduces the price.These will not be the answer for everyone; some may have physical damage which requires surgery or other medical procedures. There are no one-size-fits-all answers here, but I do highly recommend trying these and giving them enough time to see if they help in your situation or not.

Recently I injured my knee from a bad fall. Needless to say, it was taking much longer than I'd like to heal the bone bruise and for my bursa to go away. The pain was almost intolerable.Flash forward to this product...I started taking it a few days before my second doctors visit and noticed that I no longer needed the full 800mg advil 3x a day. The advil had caused me to be more prone to bruises, so I was glad to reduce its use. Now since using this product 1 wk, I no longer use advil. (I'm sure the makers of advil/ibuprophen will be disappointed to hear that! Since I was buying the BIG bottles).My sports specialist doctor told me this: glucosamine/chondroitin is a good supplement to help joint health in people with osteoarthritis, and that it might also help me but...it was very expensive, running at more than $20 for a 4 week supply. Also to get full benefits one would need to use it for 6 weeks. So he said to use the advil for cost efficiency.But...if you add up all the bottles of advil, and the extra doctors visits for pain, this product is worth every penny. And it is actually a 7 week supply for a little over $20!! (so that is little less than $3/wk). This is a great product!

This product works for me for knee pain, and arthritis in my hands, it is not a cure but it helps. I am 50 years old with ex-runner knees and my hands have mild early signs of arthritis. I am very active, I do yoga and eat well and fully believe in the power of bone broth and this works just like drinking 2 cups of bone broth a day, and it is way easier. I am a huge Natrol fan!

I like every other Natrol product I have tried, namely Vit D and Melatonin. These pills are hard to swallow, they are large AND dosage is 3 per day. Impossible for me.

Works great for joint damage from years of racquet sports. I stopped using these for a few months when traveling and noticed my joint pain returned, so I resumed taking them and the pain stopped. I also give one to each of my large (over 60lbs) dogs for joint care after recommendation from my veterinarian. My dogs are highly active and this keeps their joints healthy.

As mentioned, I tried another brand of joint pain relief tablets but they didn't give me the same level of relief I had previously gotten with the Natrol Glucosamine Chondroitin and MSM Tablets. I suspended use of the other brand and after using the Natrol for less than a week, I started feeling easing of the arthritic pain in my knees, back, and hands. I'm staying what works for me in the foreseeable future.

腰痛と股関節痛で試してみました。飲み始めて2週間くらいから少しずつですが効いてきたのがわかりました。治るわけではないですが、あきらかに楽にはなってきました。それって当たりですよね。あたしには合ってたみたいです。
