So the product itself is excellent. However, Bolo did not package the product safely and since it’s a glass bottle it was totally crushed with glass all over the product itself. Please make sure glass vitamin bottles don’t get crushed during shipment! ThanksP.s. I gave it a 5 star because product itself is excellent.

I can not speak for JUST this product. My Dr. has put me on a regime of supplements, ALL from Designs for Health. What I can say is that after several months of consistant usage (yes, it sometimes takes several months for supplements to raise deficient levels), I feel better than I have in about 10 years! Not planning on stopping any time soon.

I have been taking this exact product along with their Taurine for years. It helps to keep my blood pressure regulated along with my blood pressure medication which does not keep it leveled out on its own. Both of these supplements also really help the issues that I have with tension in my neck. I have tried multiple other (cheaper) brands, but always go back to this as I can tell a huge difference very quickly. I don’t ever take other brands any longer as this works the best for me!
