I got this dissolving melatonin because I don’t want to get out of bed to get water to swallow melatonin pills. I like the gummies but it often makes me hungry so I am trying not to get fatter. These work great and dissolve fast with a good taste. Great value for the money. I don’t always use melatonin but this is now my go to when I do.

After my hip replacement surgery, I thought the painkillers would help me get a great night's sleep -- but unfortunately, my hospital roommate was a very high-maintenance patient who kept ringing for nurses all night long. Eventually, I was so exhausted, I asked one of the nurses if there was ANYTHING she could give me for sleep, considering that I was taking powerful painkillers. She offered me melatonin, and it actually did help me sleep.MORE PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THIS about melatonin! Seriously, if you are taking post-surgery pain medication, most standard tranquilizers and sleeping pills are potentially very, very dangerous. But melatonin can definitely help you sleep through the night. Highly recommend.

Funciona muito bem para mim
A maioria das melatoninas nacionais possuem uma apenas 0,2 mg de melatonina por cápsula, o que é muito pouco. Eu uso 6 mg por noite, logo era inviável para mim. Já esta melatonina do anúncio me atendeu muito bem, tomo duas cápsulas por noite e tenho uma noite de descanso muito reparativa.
