Well packaged, and arrived without issue. The magnesium seems to be of high quality, pand I would buy again. You have to take 4 to get 400 mg, but with each one a 100mg you can ease into that at 100mg at a time to see how you respond to the supplement. I like that option and this is the main reason I bought this chelated magnesium supplement. I would buy this again.
