I’ve tried a lot of waterproof eyeliners. This eyeliner is waterproof easy to use easy to put on. It doesn’t run it stay put and it’s a great color I got I think black brown and I probably won’t use any other brand. I’ve tried lots of brands and this one seems to be probably one of the best for me I wear contacts and sometimes with the other brands I had trouble with like flaking and this one doesn’t do that thank you, Boloe.

Doesn’t smear and I have WATERY eyes! Only smears at the end of my eyes (but for me that’s impressive) it’s small and easy to waterline your eyes! It’s smooth and glides easily and it’s not too thick!

Really like this eyeliner, it goes on smooth and it’s very pigmented. I ordered brown. The only negative in my opinion is that it does smudge easily, but otherwise it’s such a good product. Exactly what I need it for

This is the best cheaper eyeliner, the best drugstore eyeliner. It stays on all day. Good pigmentation. Easy to blend. True black color that stays black all day and doesn't fade to grey. I've bought this one many times!

I like the color and that it's retractable not a wooden pencil that needs sharpening. It's pretty long wearing but not too difficult to remove with wipes.

This color is perfect. The formula is iffy, it doesn’t smudge. I wasn’t able to drag out a wing with this one. I’ll stick with the other revlon eyeliner w the brush on the end!
