I started taking this supplement about 3 months ago. It became part of a new program of natural supplements to lower my blood pressure I began taking recently. About 5 months ago I started taking a BP supplement that worked amazingly wekk at lowering my blood pressure considerably. I was able to stop using a prescription BP med that I had been on for over 25 years. Although I did notice the reduction in BP numbers, one thing that didn't show too favorably was my heart rate. My prescription med, a beta blocker, slowed my heart rate to between 66 and 72 beats a minute. Although the new supplement I was taken was being effective on my BP, my heart rate was being sustained at around 84 beats a minute, and often higher. I actually found this Himalaya brand supplement by typing "heart rate" into "Bolos Health and Personal Care" department. Kinda of clumsy and idealistic I admit, but as it turns out I believe this supplement to be working in slowing my heart rate. It took a while to become effective, but my pulse rate at rest is now nicely balanced at a normal 72 beats a minute, or lower. In all fairness along with trying a new natural supplement for for my BP I began eating better and exercising a little more. But trust me when I say I am not killing myself. As much as it really may sound far fetched, I honestly believe this Himalaya Regulator has lowered, and is sustaining a slower heart rate. No doctor here writing this review folks, just a life long sufferer of hypertension that got sick of catering to doctors and insurance companies for my meds and decided free myself of the yolk. All I can tell you is this Himalaya supplement is working for me, and has become an effective part of my natural regimen for controlling my blood pressure. For those in similar circumstances, I highly recommend it. The worst thing that can happen is you see no results at all. Worth a try...

These are great, my first bottle worked well, but the capsules in this bottle are almost half empty and it seems to be every single capsule in the bottle. That's unfortunate considering the price I paid. I hope this doesn't become an ongoing problem because I really like the Himalaya brand. I contacted Himalaya and they 100% made me feel better about my situation! I asked them about the capsules and this is what they responded:"As with all natural products, each season's harvest of any particular herb produces subtle differences in color, taste, smell and even concentration of active ingredients. Two years ago this March I was told that I needed to immediately start dialysis. For reasons of my own I decided to wait, and that was reinforced after reading at the National Kidney Foundation site. However the diagnosis caused me to change my diet, and to get more exercise. That helped, and overall I felt pretty good, but then I am not diabetic.I started using test strips to monitor two main criteria for kidney and overall body health, micro-albumin and creatinine. For the last several years the micro-albumin count was stuck on the very top of the color chart, maybe even a bare shade darker than the max color on the chart. Then several weeks ago I looked into other remedies as my heart had been stressed a bit during a likely bout with a bug. So I purchased one of these along with Land Caltrops, and then Ashwagandha. After about one week of using the above I received new test strips to replace the lousy ones purchased here on Bolo.To my surprise I could see right away that for the first time in 2 years the micro-albumin color was about half a shade lower from the top color, essentially between the two darkest levels, and a definite reduction. Then over the next week I watched the micro-albumin drop lower and lower. It now sits close to negligible, meaning that I have gone from abnormal back to normal in 13 days of using the above mentioned products. Also of interest, I am only using half doses. Thought it best to see how my body takes it in. Plus I am a bit light at around 135 pounds.I never expected such a result. I am glad that the new test strips came to me in time to verify the color drop back to normal, or I would have questioned if the test strips were accurate.

I like Ayurveda,,,has nice formula,, many good ayurvedic herbs,,,BUT I HAD TO REVISE MY RATING BECAUSE OF WHEN MY HUSBAND OPENED THE BOX COUPLE DAYS AGO,, THE GLASS BOTTLE WAS BROKEN,,AND NOT ALL THE CAPSULES WERE FULL,, SOME WERE HALF OR 2/3s FULL,,,WOW,,HE SAID QUALITY CONTROL WAS AWFUL,,,HE ACTUALLY WEIGHTED SOME CAPSULES ON A SMALL SCALE,,SOME WERE 7 GRAINS AND SOME WERE 4 GRAINS,,,LAST ORDER IT HAD A PLASTIC BOTTLE AND HE DIDN'T NOTICE PILLS NOT FULL ,,,THIS TIME WAS GLASS BOTTLE,,WHICH BROKE AND SOME PILLS HALF FULL,,,WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT,,, GOOD HERBAL FORMULA THO,,
