This pasta is also excellent for preparing very delicate pasta dishes with light tomato and basil sauces. Available in 16.0 oz pack.

Arrived in good condition, a recipe called for this pasta specifically so I ordered it as DeCecco pasta is known to be of high quality. It arrived as a six pack of boxes so I have plenty on hand to make that recipe a few more times! If you are wanting to purchase just a single box be aware that they ship you 6 of them!

I started having to buy these online because there is no longer "salad macaroni" in the stores anymore. Who knows why, but the timing was with all the other things we lost with the flu excuse and never came back. Anyway, these are of much higher quality than store brand macaroni and I'll probably treat my family to more of it, possibly in different shapes as well. Very high quality pasta.
