The flavor is fine, I wanted the sea salted caramel flavor but it wasn’t available so I got this instead. I use it in my ice coffee that I make with a Nespresso espresso, sea salted caramel is my favorite by this brand.

I would like a return/replacement for this but there is no option for that since this product is a liquid. This is an expensive syrup too. Very disappointed because of this situation.

This is the best stuff! One reviewer says it molds quickly. Mine won't last long enough to get to mold. I tried a bottle of this caramel, then another flavor. I decided I don't need the chocolate, but I must have the caramel in my house. I put it in my iced coffee each morning. It mixes better than most of the other caramel or chocolate syrups I have tried. I finally got smart and tried a thinner syrup. I love that it is organic. I use it as the sole sweetener to my coffee. I have been measuring it with a small cup, but I think I should get a pump. It has a really nice flavor of caramel. Maybe because it is organic, but so many other syrups are chemical tasting. The bottle is tall like a wine bottle so is a bit large to leave on the counter. I think if it were refrigerated it wouldn't mix in as well. Sometimes I have to keep stirring so it won't settle. I highly recommend it and will likely give it to my coffee drinking friends as gifts.

Don't buy this from Bolo. Prior to my Bolo purchase Aug 28, 2018, I had purchased this same brand and flavor from a restaurant supply and used it for almost a year with no problems. Today's date is Sep. 22, 2018 and I noticed a weird flavor from the new one I purchased from Bolo. I looked at the bottle and nearly gagged when I saw the "crystalized" greenish layer floating at the top. Again, the one I had purchased elsewhere never had this problem. So gross, I wish I could get my money back because I'm pretty sure something happened to it in their warehouse. But I am unable to return this item and will have to throw it out. I tried to attach a photo of the green layer but it was quite difficult with glass being so reflective.
