I have used this product for over 30 years and will never go back. I just wished for people with thick care.They offered a little bit more product. I’m subscribed to this color and it works well for me however I was sent incorrect colors twice already! It’s Unreturnable so now I’m stuck with grey roots, and two boxes of Platinum (wrong) and two boxes of Medium Ash Brown (also wrong) not cool! 🙄😒To whoever packages these shipments, Please please Pay Attention to what colors you send!Thank you!
