5.0 out of 5 stars These are really good
I drink a lot of tea and try to avoid the plastic bags. These are great and love that they’re unbleached.
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect for making tea bags with loose leaf tea
I get a wonderful Earl Grey loose leaf tea from a shop in NYC. I put the tea in these bags so I can use my Keurig to make a cup of tea. Also handy for taking my favorite tea on trips. These are the perfect size for a heaping teaspoon of tea leaves which makes the perfect cup of tea. I also think the price is fair.
5.0 out of 5 stars Use them all the time
These are easy & great for lose leaf teas. They are biodegradable. I got large so they are big enough for a pitcher & for shaky older hands easy to use for a cup .
5.0 out of 5 stars Great, easy to use product!
I've never used bags like this before and I find myself very pleasantly surprised. I was looking for a new stainless steel filter when I happened onto these. After reading reviews, decided to give these bags a try instead. These are perfect. The medium size is very easy to use, I don't taste or smell anything untoward from the bags, they are much more durable than I expected, and very easy to fill and use.The pictures in the ad show what looks like a black plastic holder to keep the bag open while filling. I find this totally unnecessary. The bags are pleated on the bottom, which, when you fully open, allows the bag to stand with the mouth open. I put the fully opened bag in a dry cup and fill with the tea I wish to use. Very easy, no struggle, no mess. I've attatched pics to help demonstrate. All in all these are great to have and use, and allow me to pre-fill and take some of my favorite teas with me to use on the go!Highly recommend!
4.0 out of 5 stars Very good I use them daily
I drink honey bush and green rooibos tea all the time and sometimes I mix in slippery elm powder. All of those are very fine particles too fine for an infuser. These work great and only a little dust gets through. They never affect the taste of the tea as far as I can tell and I have been using them for a few years on and off. They aren't a 5 star because they are very long and there is no built in way to tie them closed like the tea bags you by ready packaged. So I used to just drop them in and the water would run up the bag and the would drip water over the side like crazy until I figured out a way to stop it. I bought two different devices. One is especially made stainless steal tea bag clip but then the clip has to go in the tea. It's really for tea pots and the clip hangs over the outside of the pot. The other device are they long flat plastic bag clips you buy at Ikea. They work much better because they lay flat over the tea cup and hold the bag in the center of the cup. Enjoy!
5.0 out of 5 stars Good, would recommend
So many tea bags, so many reviews, eventually it gets confusing. These were not the tea bags I wanted, but they are the ones I ordered, as the bags I wanted are apparently no longer made. These bags are big (medium per their description), and have a bit of a gusset. I place about two teaspoons of tea into the bag, carefully tie the bag off, and drop it into my tea bottle. Don't twist the bag too much, it'll tear. So far I've had no exploded or ripped open tea bags, and they don't seem to impart any flavors of their own - nicely neutral. I drink a lot of tea. Everyday. Even so, 100 bags will last even me awhile. This is a good tea bag - and except for the way I tie them off - you won't be disappointed.
5.0 out of 5 stars Unbleached Tea filter Bags
Appreciate the quality of this product
5.0 out of 5 stars I've been using these for years.
I will never buy teabags again after randomly meeting one of the owners of Rishi tea (before you could purchase it retail, this was some time ago). He said many companies use the inferior, small leftover pieces of leaf ,because you cannot see it, after they have shipped off the larger pieces of loose tea for pot brewing, in their bags. I looked at my expensive English tea bag, I thought it was great stuff... how sad, it was true... I have used these for some time now, for a nickel per cup of tea, very economical! I don't have to dirty a teapot, or a teaball. I can toss it once it is used right in the compost. (You don't compost? Whaaaat? Said the earthmuffin/treehugger writing the review.) I even travel with a few of these, stuffed with my favorite Rishi black tea leaves, and my not so secret blend of Chai tea, in a baggie inside my suitcase. Great for making gi-normous (my word)pitchers of southern iced tea. Holds a little, holds a lot!
Bon produit
