5.0 out of 5 stars Im a Believer!!
Great stuff used this on my 2007 Dodge Caravan during a brake and rotor change. Very happy with the results. Haven't heard a single squeal out of my brakes. I only do my own brakes from now on. Last time I took it to a "professional" chain brake shop, the brakes squealed for weeks. I refused to go back and pay hundreds of dollars for crappy service.
5.0 out of 5 stars Works good.
Works as it should.
5.0 out of 5 stars The universal brake lube ?
I really like the temperature rating, -40 to 495.Other caliper slide pin specific grease has a lower rating, yet they work just fine. I like that it’s safe for rubber and plastic as I’ve used it on body clips and other areas to help with reassembly. I’ve used 2 bottles of this in the last 4 months, so one can say I’m committed to this product, so far I’ve had great success with this product. Time will tell to see how well it holds up on the caliper slide pins. In general Sticky caliper slide pins can cause a lot of issues. I think the key is to clean every component (slide pins, brackets, calipers) before applying fresh grease, this ensures everything is lubricated and moved freely; free from old dirt and grime. It’s a can be a bit messy to work with, wear gloves and less is more applies here, you can apply a bit more to your heart desires.I think I would buy again.
5.0 out of 5 stars Never knew I had to put this grease on these pins until I watched the YouTube video
Was putting on new brakes and rotors and put on new brakes and gave it a full brake job
4.0 out of 5 stars Thick grease, comes with cap brush
The grease is thick and it has worked really well with my cars calipers and brakes. I don't head any noises coming from it. It comes with a brush attached to the cap of the bottle. I don't like that the brush is on an angle, it seems like too much grease gets stuck onto it and it makes it harder to take off the brush in order to place on what you need to. The bottle is big and should last a while. Grease is thick so it does not fall off when you are applying it.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for brakes
My last tub lasted probably 20 years... I use this when rebuilding calipers on slide pins, and the back of the pads where they make contact with the caliper and/or piston face. Not for use on the inside of the caliper though... use red rubber grease for that.
