About this item:
Fenders are the protection your boat must have to absorb the shock from all types of docks as well as other boats. You need the ability to quickly and safely adjust fender heights to accommodate varying docks. Our fender adjusters are engineered specifically to meet the needs of varying dock heights, giving your boat optimal protection. The easy-to-use PVC mounting adjuster band quickly snaps over any standard rail, lifeline or stanchion on your boat. Our Tidy Ups fit lines up to 5/8” in diameter. The 6’ of 3/8” solid braid polypropylene rope is resistant to rot and fading. The UV protected rope has a pre-spliced end that won’t kink, so you no longer have to worry about untying a difficult knot while adjusting your fender. Simply thread the rope over the strap. Our customers love the color matching feature of the braided ropes to any Taylor Made Fenders. These boat fender adjusters are top-performers. Taylor Made is a proud member of the Lippert family, a global manufacturer and supplier of engineered products for the RV, marine, automotive, commercial vehicle, and building products industries. 5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use
These boat fender adjusters are easy to use and work great. Just feed the line through the roller assembly and pull up to adjust the length of line to hang the fender. Snap the band over the bow rail and your good to go. Can also be mounted through the center hole of a boat cleat.
5.0 out of 5 stars Keeps fenders and lines out of the way.
Easy to adjust and move fenders for docking
5.0 out of 5 stars Long lasting
These work as advertised. I've had four of them on my boat with 10" heavy fenders attached to a stern rail, 24/7 for 6 years on the Chesapeake Bay. One of them finally cracked. I'm amazed it lasted that long in the elements. I immediately bought another as a replacement. Very satisfied with these.
5.0 out of 5 stars Handy holder
Love the fast adjusting
4.0 out of 5 stars Works well, easy to use
These clips make hanging fenders much easier. However, I also tie a simple clove knot with the extra rope in case it fails. Word of caution: I lost one overboard when someone passed me the fender line over the water and the clip was not pulled tight yet - it just slid off of the line and dropped in the water. You need to hold the clip on the line.
5.0 out of 5 stars First one of these there actually work
I've tried a few different fender line holders, they're all useless. Either too complicated for people who aren't used to them, or they don't hold tight. This one is super easy to get on the lifelines, easy to detach, and locks the line securely. The only thing you need to know is the metal roller sometimes needs to be pushed down to hold the line properly. Once this tension on it it locks up. Perfect for those situations where you need a last minute adjustment quickly. Very happy, probably order a couple more

5.0 out of 5 stars Allows fast and easy adjustment of fenders.
I have used these for many years.I like the changes they made to the snaps. They work great.
Replacing one 12 years old
New one is built better and works great
Easy to operate
I have very large fenders and these hold them very well. Have to beware of the condition of the plastic strap as over a fair while they do tend to crack and then eventually break. I lost one of my large fenders when this happened to me one night
Well made.
These are a well made product! Appear to be better quality than the ones I replaced because the straps broke due to age. These ones have a corded reinforcement layer between the outer layers of the strap. I will defiantly order them again given the price is better than other brands as well.
Good but...
The product is well made and solid. However, the cable retention system is not 100%. If you lift the cable or manipulate it when docking, it gets out of adjustment. It is preferable to provide a good back up knot. For the price, I would have thought it would be a little better. I have a 1/2 cable. I have not tried with smaller. Another slightly negative point is that the main clip that holds it to the ramp has only one position. A second would have been preferable to be able to make everything tighter depending on your case. In short, sometimes I have to replace it. I'll probably fix something another way.
