I've taken glucosamine pills and liquids and the liquids always seem to work better. This stuff is really good and acts quickly. Doesn't taste too bad, but I think you can only do so much with this stuff. All in all I'd say it's effective and goes down. Not too badly.

I've been taking this for about a week now and have noticed an improvement in my right hip socket. For background I had hip surgery to rectify a sports injury 8 years ago in that hip and only recently it has begun to have a dull ache.Others have commented the taste is "medicine" like. I don't agree. It tastes like berries... and salt. A lot of salt.I tried mixing it with an 8 oz apple juice. That was worse because it made the whole juice salty and I had to drink even more fluid.Having a chaser ready is the best way I've found to cope with it but I've decided to try some other brands to see if there isn't something more palatable around.Again, it was noticably helping, just not the best taste and quite salty.

My knee pops and hurts constantly. I have been taking this about 2-3 weeks daily and while my knee continues to pop, it’s not as “crispy” or painful when it does. Tastes like medicine but not terrible. It works!

I have weak arms, and have trouble holding them above my head for any length of time. Changing lightbulbs in the ceiling was a nightmare. First I'd have to take the fixture down, wait a while, go back to change the bulbs, and a couple times I couldn't get the fixtures back up, my arms shook so bad. I used a bottle of your product, and it's made an amazing difference. Now I can change bulbs and get the fixtures back in place all at one time!
