I run about 30+ to 50+ miles a week and I am in my early 60's. I've been able to maintain a certain weight, but no matter my exercise level the love handles would just not shrink. But now taking 2-4 grams of this product per day I have seen excellent results and actually have lost not only some inches but weight without changing anything. Highly recommend trying.Yes, the pill size is big. There are liquid forms of L-Carnitine available. Worth trying.

This is another of the slew of vitamins & pills husband takes. Because some of his meds block absorption of key vitamins & minerals he uses these to fill what he's missing. They were worth the money & he has been using them for awhile. This brand is top rated & he has never had any problems with them. They are a good buy for the money to know you're getting a quality product.

Recommended by my neurologist for my neuropathy.mjust started taking so too soon to say if they make a difference. These pills are really really large, if you have problems with swallowing pills then I would opt for getting 500mg pills/capsules and taking 2 of those.
