I'm 32 and My knees were never the best to begin with, I'd played football as an offensive lineman, since I was 10 years old, pop warner through varsity. That I think messed up my knees but I was still able to work out, jog, go hiking etc... with no real issues, except some lasting minor pain and aches.About 5 months ago I wrenched the hell out of my left knee, by being stupid. Anyways, my doctor said I needed to let it rest and stay off it as much as possible and to wear a knee brace. It hurt to walk, go upstairs, sit with my knee bent. After a few months I was able to take the brace off and it didn't hurt to walk or sit down. However, walking up stairs there was always a twinge. I had stopped doing legs at the gym and stopped running as well. I would use the elliptical for cardio, since its very low impact.I finally got the go ahead from my doctor to do legs but to keep it light weight. So, I tried doing legs at the gym, my right is still strong as hell was able to do everything, but my left couldn't do anything without extreme pain, except leg curls. I like to do my legs individually so one leg doesn't compensate for the other legs weakness. As such leg extensions, leg press, toe raises, squats, even lunges all hurt like a SOB. Just doing any weight at the gym was agonizing so I stopped. I mean I couldn't even do standing lunges let alone walking. I could go jogging for a couple miles and my knee would hurt a little afterwards but it was fine. Some friends recommended this so I bought it at the OneStop Nutrition next to the gym. Well after I would say 3-4 weeks the pain started going away. I've been taking for 1.5-2 months now and my left knee is almost as good as new. I can finally do lunges, light squats, and just as much weight for extensions and leg press as my right leg can, with very little pain in my left leg. There is still pain during and after but it has almost gotten to be non-existent, I assume if I keep taking this it will go away completely and I hope so. As it is I am just glad the pain has gone away so much. Oh, and my right leg has no issues with anything anymore. Hopefully my left leg will soon be in the same boat.

As one enters their senior years many health related issues sometimes appear. Even though I still do intense workouts 6 days a week; nevertheless, I still sometimes have some painful joints. I really want to share this because I am so grateful for this supplement. My husband (56 years old) had pain in his knees so intense that he had started using a band with metal support on the sides because if he used it he couldn't walk, he needed support, but since he started taking this brand he has improved in less than 10 days. He took 4 tablets, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon, after a month he reduced it to 1 tablet in the morning and another in the afternoon. I must clarify that he used the previous presentation of 1500 and 1200. Unfortunately that presentation is out of stock and now we only have 1100, but I still suggest that he is fine and now he takes the recommended dose of 3 a day. We have already bought it 9 times. Good luck and I know that this review will help many people as it helped me who no longer knew what to do when I saw my husband desperate because of so much pain from walking so much that he was already thinking about retiring.

I have been using this for the last 6 months and can definitely notice a difference in my knee joints. Less pain after long yard work sessions. Less pain from long term kneeling. Knee feels like it has increases mobility with less crunching noises. Doc said that this supplement is hit or miss but worth a try. I ran out of it for 2 weeks and within 3 days I noticed decrease ability to kneel, I had purchased a different brand that had more ingredients but it was not as good, came back to this one. I hate to swallow pills so I open the capsule and pour the contents over my eggs in the morning. Since it is flavorless there is no issue. I will definitely keep buying this product.

In short, I personally have seen this supplement relieve shoulder joint and finger pain in two separate people with very different levels of activity.My husband couldn't reach his arm over his head to try and touch his other shoulder without "intense aching" along with a very stiff, painful middle knuckle joint in both of his forefingers. He's early thirties so right when arthritis tends to begin though we never received an official diagnosis. He's an avid gamer and software engineer so he spends a great deal of time typing and in a position that irritated his shoulders. I suggested taking glucosamine to help and he finally agreed and lo' and behold, the pain his either completely alleviated (in his shoulder) or greatly lessened (in his fingers). According to him, he felt a vast difference after three days of taking the recommended dosage.I also have a friend that strength trains/plays hockey and does kickboxing and was experiencing shoulder pain too, to the point that military presses and bench presses or much of anything else involving shoulders left him in agony (his form is excellent so that wasn't the root cause). He began to take this supplement with my recommendation and in his words said it was "life changing". He has no shoulder pain now and has been on it for 6 months still doing the same routines with no return of the discomfort.NOW seems to work. As for ingredients/purity/strength in comparison to other brands, I haven't done enough research to weigh in on that aspect.

以前膝に違和感がありそれ以来息子の薦めもありずっと飲み続けています。個人的な感想ですが私には凄く合っているみたいで今は膝の違和感全然ありません。これからも飲み続けていこうと思います。
含有量が多めでお値打ち
ドラッグストアで売られているものより、含有量も多いですし、安いです。ドラッグストアだと同じ位かこれ以下の含有量で4000～5000円程度。飲み続けて１か月ですが、何となくですが、関節痛に効いてそうです。1日3錠、継続して飲み続けたいと思います。

i am in india. my wife got knee pain in legs due to wear and tear of cartilage in both knees due to post- menopause which normally occurs for aged ladies.After taking Now foods glucosamine and chondroitin with MSM regularly for one month, her knee pain is gone and her mobility of legs improved and he is able to walk without any pain. Hence i again ordered for one more container of 180 tablets through Bolo and happy with their services besides this medicine appears to be reasonably priced and also with no side effects since she has seen no such side effects by taking this tablets. it appears to me that this tablets are to be taken regularly without giving any break in order to sustain pain less knees and for easy walking on permanent basis. Till now she has been taking this healthy food for joints for past 4 months and no pain while walking.

I was used all product and medicine for my leg cartilage problem but only this product is useful for pain relief so never try other product I will try all medicine but only this product is useful
