Purchased awhile ago, used some and placed in my tape box. Recently I went to use it and the adhesive broke away from the tape and stuck on the top layer of the tape. Still works for now, but not sure if it will stay attached? Seemed when I first used the tape it was fine, maybe 20% into the roll it flipped over. Maybe it was old, left over when I purchased, or something affected it, adhesive has also seeped out the side of the roll, making it stick to everything. It is strong tape, need scissors or knife to cut, ripping causes tears length ways in the tape.

Used this to help hold my downspout extension attached and it has held up so far in high winds. Even through snow and a few rains, the tape is holding strong.

Purchased with another multi-color set to mark boxes for a recent move. Not as heavy-duty as the others and did not tear well. Seemed to want to tear halfway then perpendicular. Not very helpful. I wonder how it would be for strength with a different use, but we only used it for marking boxes.
3m makes the best tape, worth the price
best stickiness, doesn't leave a big mess, easy to rip in both directions, doesn't lose stickiness after handling it with your hands. Its almost like gaff tape in adhesive quality. I use duct tape in my camping kits and I make it into smaller rolls. 3M doesn't lose any stickiness after being unrolled and rerolled and doesn't leave a mess like cheaper tapes
