This baking powder is a great staple in the kitchen for all my baking needs. It provides consistent rise and fluffiness to my cakes, muffins, and biscuits. I love that it’s double-acting, so it works well in recipes where batter sits for a while before baking. However, the packaging could be improved. The lid doesn’t seal tightly, which sometimes causes the powder to clump up due to moisture. I’ve had to transfer it to an airtight container to keep it fresh. Despite this minor issue, it’s a good, reliable product that I use regularly for all my baking projects!

Bolo packaged this well and it was delivered on time. Clabber Girl double acting baking powder is a go to from when I first started using baking powder for baking. I like that it'd packaged so that it is easy to access. The packaging seals nicely when not in use. It's got the Clabber Girl name and I think it makes for a dependable product.

I was very disappointed to see how short the used by date on this product is
Great product!!
This was recommended to use in a gluten free bread recipe and it really made a difference to get a higher loaf and better crumb!!
