This protein powder taste great. It seems to help me gain weight. It mixes well with whole milk and I feel full after I drink a glass full. I use a small mixer to mix this powder with milk. If is not clumpy and all of the powder mixes well so that it does not leave any excess powder on the bottom of the glass.

First of all I tried the vanilla and the chocolate flavor. Please do yourself a favor and only get the chocolate flavor. Listen, the chocolate flavor is the same in every other brand protein shake or mass gainer because they all use cocoa powder. So if you like chocolate you will not be surprise when you taste it. Compared to the vanilla one which has a very unique taste that I did not like. Just get the chocolate one.Also, the servings say two scoops but if you have not seen the scoop it is the same size as a detergent scoop. It is even hard to take it out of the bottle. One scoop is enough for one serving (625 calories). If you do decide to take two scoops space them out throughout the day. I do not recommend this though since you should be getting the rest of your calories and nutrients from real food. One scoop every day is fine though.Ok, so how did I mix it? I used a electrical blender. I have used a shaker bottle with the metal spring ball thing before since I did not have a electrical blender in my college dorm. But it taste much better if you blend it with an electrical blender because you will not have large clumps. Also, you can add other ingredients if you like such as peanut butter (chocolate flavor + pb taste freaking good just like reeses cup). Peanut butter adds more calories and protein to your shake. Do not take this mass gainer if you are not working out at least 3 times a week. You will simply gain a gut around your stomach area unless you are anorexic. Even if you are anorexic, you should still work out. And if you are like me and are still looking to add calories to your serving, add in 1 tablespoon of olive oil (120 calories), and you will not taste as long as you drink fast enough so the olive oil does not float up after you blend it.So my shake usually is 1 scoop (625 calories, 24g protein), 12fl oz of milk (225 calories, 12g protein), 2 tbsp of peanut butter (190 calories, 7g protein), 1 tbsp of olive oil (120 calories). Total of 1160 calories, 43g of protein (hopefully my math is correct).With all of that being said, I recommend to buy Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein (Extreme Milk Chocolate flavor) instead of serious mass because this gainer has a ton of carbs. The first ingredient is Maltodextrin which is normally found in soda and candy. You save a lot of money also since the whey one has more servings.Last advice, use MyFitnessPal app if you have trouble gaining weight. Make sure you are actually hitting your calories goal. I used to think that I had a fast metabolism because I ate so much. But in reality after I calculated the calories, I was far away from hitting 3000 calories.I gave it 5 stars because it worked for me. I went from 145lbs to 160lbs in three months. Yes I gained fat but also muscle because I worked out. I no longer take this after finding ON 100% Whey. Much cheaper per serving, a better selection of flavors, and a lot less carbs. Yes, it might not have the calories but you can definitely create your own mass protein shake by using the correct ingredients. Google svunt shake if you need an idea of creating your mass gainer with whey protein (it has 1659 calories and 95g of protein).Have fun gaining.

Impressive results! Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass helped me bulk up effectively. Mixes well, tastes good, and provides the necessary nutrients for muscle growth. Knocking off one star because the serving size can be a bit daunting for some, but overall, highly recommended for those serious about gaining mass.

I really like the value you get at this price point of $47. Its 6 lbs of delicious chocolate protein. After trying Vanilla 5 Star protein before trying Optimum , I must say this was refreshing. The flavor was very rich without being overwhelmingly sweet. I felt satisfied and think it helped with my muscle recovery and body replenishment after workouts.

The media could not be loaded. Keep in mind if you were buying this, the serving size is two scoops, but the scoops are giant and I usually only have one scoop which is about 700 calories. This taste very good with milk and it is not that hard to drink. Also, I would really recommend this for someone who is trying to bulk up. if you have a blender, I recommend blending it because this is the best way to get a smooth consistency.

What they tell you. It tastes great and is a good supplement to build mass.What they don't tell you. Each serving consist of 2 huge heaping scoops of powder and 24 ounces of fluid (water or milk). This combination results in 48 ounces of liquid delight that they claim is a single serving. On what planet is 48 ounces a single serving? To put this in perspective, that is 2 full to the brim Shaker bottles that are intended to be consumed as one serving. 340 grams of powder from one serving translates into 3/4 of a pound of powder. Again to put this into perspective, the huge tub of powder you will recieve equals ONLY 8 advertised servings.The other thing they don't tell you is the powder is so fine and gummy that the only way to prepare the drink is to use a full sized blender. No Shaker bottles here. Preparing this mix is a mess. The powder is so fine that it creates a gummy mess that adheres to the side of the blender like Venom on Eddie Brock. Prepare to spend a significant amount of time coaxing the paste free to get it to properly mix.Great protein mix, but I sometimes I feel like it would be easier to eat 5 chicken breasts too reach the same calorie goal, than to put down 48 ounces. I realize that it can be broken up throughout the day, but so can multiple meals. There is also the option of using another protein supplement with a realistic serving size, multiple times a day. In the end, I feel like that is all they have done with this product. They have combined a multiple dose, throughout the day protein powder into a single serving, trying to advertise it as a solution that they obviously have not solved.

Great calorie per scoop
A nice whey protein deal, very cheap and cheerful, great sizes available, nice and flavourful, easy to mix and shake, does not cause problems with the stomach, helps muscle to grow rapidly, has all the good, highly recommend. Great for recovery, tastes great, comes with a scoop and it also gives the measurements for each scoop. Excellent amount of calories within each scoop!

At first
At first I used it on almond milk and it taste horrible. It ended up being too sweet and it had a bitter taste to it and i think it was because of the almond milk brand... Then I switched it up with water and it ended up tasting wayyyyyy better.... Then I added a different almond milk brand along with a banana and it’s tastes amazing. Will definitely recommend
