This Unchilled condiment holder is made of stainless steel and includes plastic containers and a clear plastic hinged lid. Stainless steel construction are used to ensure a product that will not tarnish, rust or corrode for years. The sanitary plastic containers fit inside stainless steel unit. As each compartment is separate from the container, they can be individually placed in refrigerators or left at room temperature as necessary. This condiment holder includes 6 compartment. Each of the 6 containers holds 13. 5-ounces, giving the perfect space to present lemons, limes, olives, cherries and whatever else is needed to perfect your beverage creations.

I love this for parties. It is the perfect size - not too large to store in the kitchen but but too small either. The compartments come out which makes it easy if some things need to go in the frig and you don't have room for the entire container. The only thing I don't like is what even though the top covers the food - the bottom is all open so the food can still dry out. I used mine for a taco party. It was very functional for all the taco toppings. Held a good amount in each one too. I didn't have to constantly refill it. For the price - I think it was a good purchase. You can't except it to be made of gold so if you want something very affordable and usable it will do the job.

There is no place to put ice to keep condiments cold. Needs a inner tray like our others for ice.
