I've come to really like PE products over the years and this one in particular is quite underrated. B-vitamins are very important and I notice that if I do not take these, my energy levels drop a tick and my metabolism starts to slow down. For now, these are extremely helpful in helping me stay active as well as helping me shed this extra weight I'm trying to get off. I take them twice a day and have not had any side affects besides bright yellow urine from the unused extra vitamins which is to be expected. Another great product to continue using.

Great way to get all of your B Vitamins. Methylated for easy digestion, tlno bad taste on the capsule coating, easy to swallow. Great for mood, brain, energy, and cell renewal.

Love this product. Other versions give me a headache and make me dizzy and hot 30 min after taking and last about 90 min. Dr said this was known as 'flush'. None of that with this product.

This product arrived with seal intact and expiration date of 10/2026, so very fresh.It’s being utilized for B complex deficiencies, especially thiamine. 1 bottle of 60 will last 2 months so a good value for B Complex ‘insurance’.

Sehr guter Vit B Komplex
Für mich der beste Vit B Komplex, da alles vorhanden und ausreichend dosiert ist. Eine Kapsel pro Tag reicht aus. Ich nehme immer wieder Vit B zu mir, um meine Bandscheibenschmerzen unter Kontrolle zu halten, wenns mal wieder damit losgeht.Unsere Bulldogge hatte Headbobbing, auch da wird eine Kur mit Vit B empfohlen. Deswegen kriegt der Hund auch regelmäßig eine Kur damit.

B komplex ohne negative Zusätze.Hoch dosiert. Hat mir super geholfen aber das bin ich von Pure ja gewohnt...auch pure Vitamin B12 hat keinen Wert binnen einen Monat verdreifacht ^^

Gut verträglich. Und selbst die Katzen dulden den Inhalt der Kapseln problemlos in ihrem Futter Nur vorsichtig, wenn die lieben Vierbeiner durchs Futter laufen. Überall schön gelbe Spuren... :-)
