I've been using for about 2 months, but haven't really noticed any change - hair same. My friend said her eyelashes got longer and thicker using this, but I haven't been so fortunate. The product is quality though, I've used this brand with other supplements, and the expiration date was good, packaging good - so giving 4 stars, even if my result isn't what I was hoping.

I had the worst nails. They had been ruined from my thyroid medication leeching calcium from my body for decades as well as years of acrylics. They were paper-thin, several broke, daily, and I had 2 that were split down the middle and they grew out broken. I have been using this Biotin supplement for a month a a half, and my nails are completely transformed. They are hardening and actually growing. I can’t wait to see what they look like six months down the road. I will use this, forever.
