Aveda products have a distinctive aroma, which is much more pleasant than most other hair products. This hairspray is very light, but holds well. I have found no other brand that comes close!

I have been using this product for years. I usually buy 2 at a time, don’t want to be without. Love Aveda. Gives you hold without the “helmet”. Look.

As someone with fine, thin hair, I haven't had great success with most hairspray products. They tend to be heavy, sticky, and have an artificial/chemical scent. A friend suggested I try this, and thankfully I did. It's just right for hair like mine. It gives my hair greater lift, shape and hold without weighing it down or looking too stiff. I can actually put a brush through my hair after I spray to touch up. The smell is light and natural. I only wish it came in a travel size, because I would like to have an extra handy at work and in my travel bag.

The spray is fine—light, non sticky, etc.,—and I liked it just fine BUT I only used about 15% of the can before the spray mechanism stopped working. I’m noticing at least one other review that said the same thing. Really annoying to spend so much and have to just throw it away.I’ll also mention that it may be “unscented” in the sense that there’s no added perfume, but it definitely has an alcohol / chemical smell at first. That more or less goes away after a bit, though.

100 stars!! This is one of my favorite products of all time— smells divine and works SO WELL. It’s a light hold flexible spray that dries instantly and can be “refreshed” hours later with a spritz of water and restyling with your hands. Amazing stuff! Pricey but worth it for a treat.

I've used probably less than 1/4 of the can of hair spray, and the spray no longer works. Apparently there was a "window" for return that I'm outside of, which just leaves me stuck with a nice, light hairspray that I love (and have bought repeatedly) BUT CANNOT USE! Expensively stupid.

I usually buy this product in-store at an Aveda salon but I figured I would purchase it on Bolo since I had a gift card to use. This hairspray works well and has a very "catchy" scent that I actually enjoy.The product was shipped to me with that little nob you press down to release the spray (called an "Actuator") missing. Luckily, i had an old, empty can of spray handy which I borrowed the Actuator from so, in the end, I was able to use the spray. The can was dented a little bit and the signature "smell" of the product wasn't there. However, the other qualities of the spray were there (strength, hold, stretch, etc) so, I can live with what was sent to me. Because of the missing Actuator and unusual sent, I am giving it 3/5 stars but, usually this is a five-star product from Aveda.
