About this item:
The Tourna Hot Glove Mitt is perfect for those cold weather days. Slide your hand into one side of the mitt and put the handle of your racquet or paddle through the other side. Better than a glove so you don't lose any feel, you are able to put your hand directly on the handle. Put in on and take it off faster than a glove. So comfortable, you can play the whole match with it or just use it for warm ups.

5.0 out of 5 stars Keeps my fingers warm, even with Raynaud's!
This is the only thing that will keep my fingers warm when I play tennis or pickleball in chilly weather. I have Raynaud's syndrome and my fingers turn white and become numb when the temperature gets even slightly cold. Gloves don't help because the fingers don't generate any heat, so they stay cold in a glove. A mitten is the only way to get them warm. In fact, sometimes they get so warm I end up taking it off. I like being able to feel the grip on the paddle or racket. Gloves are too uncomfortable. My only gripe is that the mitten is a little small for the tennis racket, but works well with the short handled paddle.
5.0 out of 5 stars Must have
Use regularly when playing pickleball outside in the chilly New England winter months. Makes all the difference in the world!Stay warm !
4.0 out of 5 stars Works well but wrist cuff is too loose.
This works well to keep your hand warm while still be able to grip the pickleball paddle with a bare hand. Only complaint is that the wrist cuff is too loose and keeps sliding down. Perhaps people with bigger wrists won't have an issue but if you have a small wrist you might have the same problem. If they were to make the cuff more elastic then it would definitely be 5 stars.
3.0 out of 5 stars Good for platform tennis, size limits versatility
It's nice and warm and it was way cheaper than the Viking, which is why I gave it a whirl.Pros: Cheap, good construction, warmCons: Limited range of motion within mitt, handle collar would be very tight around a 4-3/8 gripSo the standard platform tennis racquet has a 4-1/4 grip. The orifice in the mitt comfortably allows motion to twist the paddle if you are changing your grip, however if you upsize your grip more akin to tennis racquets, it's going to be a very snug fit. If you only use a continental grip for all of your shots this isn't an issue. But if you are continually switching grips, the rotation will be hampered by the collar size on larger diameter grips. The other issue has to do with range of motion within the mitt.Personally, I use a choked up grip on volleys, but to do that while wearing the mitt, the base of the handle can't push far enough into the "bulge" of the mitt, making it very tough to switch grips on the fly. For me, that's a dealbreaker on this mitt, even though it could be a non-issue for many.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for pickleball
I used it Friday in frigid weather and it was great!! It didn't effect my play and kept my hand warm.
5.0 out of 5 stars Warm up your warmups
I tend to have poor circulation in my hands and feet, so playing in chillier conditions I would often find myself losing my ability to grip the racquet. I tried sports gloves, but they interfered with feeling the bevels and toggling between forehand and backhand grips during rallies. Funnily enough, I tried to imagine “What if I could just hold the racquet and wrap a towel around my hand — I’d have the best of both worlds (warmth and feel)!” A quick internet search and I found this — the exact, perfect product. In my case I tend to take it off about 15 minutes in... that’s enough time for me to get the blood pumping and I can grip the racquet just fine without. You might say it helps warm up my warmups. Great item to have in the toolkit. :)
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for playing in the cold!
Allows you to hold your paddle like normal and also builds up heat to keep fingers warm. Played in 40 degree temp, and my hand felt like a summer day. Also, helps soften finger hits, which are more painful in cold temps!
4.0 out of 5 stars Just not for me
This seemed like a good idea to allow me to play in cold weather, and is well made. But it interferes with my grip too much, to the point that it just becomes a distraction. It's kind of an "it's not you, it's me" thing, so I'm sure it works fine for some people.
Unbrauchbar
Die Einheitsgrösse passt überhaupt nicht, Schläger lässt sich darunter nicht drehen, absolut billig gemacht, unbrauchbar.
works well
good price....good product
Every tennis player should have one
Such a simple but effective solution for cold hands in the winter. Better than a glove. Freedom to move the racket in the hand to change grip and still be able to Play effectively. A life saver.
1歳児と手を繋ぐ
アップする時、前衛にいる時は重宝します。ある時ないなぁと思ってたらこれを使い姉が子供と手を繋いで歩いてた。便利らしい。
Helpful but could be improved
The glove allowed me to play tennis more comfortably in chilly weather. While I was able to switch grips between backhand and forehand I found the fit to be a little too snug. If multiple sizes not possible I suggest slightly larger.
