So I’m about 10 weeks pregnant and these are life savers. I was waking up every 3 hours to go to the bathroom and also just generally not sleeping great. Not only does the unisom help me sleep a solid 6-8 hours in a row, it helps with my nausea which has been relentless since week 7. My OBGYN had this on her approved list as sleep and nausea meds but please check with yours to make sure first. Would give it 10 stars if I could. The taste is horrible but if you get them down expect a great sleep and a happy stomach in the morning.

Man, I wish there were sampler sizes of all the sleep-aid remedies as I'm spending a small fortune in trying to find something that works for keeping me asleep. Sadly, this wasn't it, and I actually had trouble falling asleep, which is unusual (though no grog the next day, so there's that.)
