I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my mom and she regularly uses it for its ease of use, easy cleaning and storage and ability to slice items in different sizes. The cost was great and seems well made.

Works like a charm. It is adjustable and can make slices in several thicknesses. Just to be safe we use special gloves that can’t be cut when we use it, although it does have a safety knob to protect your hand. It slices beautifully.

This has 3 different widths to slice vegetables and does a great job: tomatoes, cabbage, onions, cucumbers, squash, etc. It slices quickly. Be careful, it’s easy to cut yourself and I did on my pinky in my first use. It comes with a guard to help grab the vegetable, but I found it to be useless and ineffective. It cleans easily and has a safeguard to lock the blade down when not in use.

I love any opportunity I get to use this tool. I love cutting onions, potatos, cucumbers so far with this. A must have. Very sturdy and durable also easy to clean. The lock feature is a definite plus!

LOVE the design, LOVE the convenience, LOVE how efficient.The 2nd time I used this my finger slipped off the guard and I literally took a slice off my pinky finger. (The slice of skin/meat was hanging off the back of the blade) SO SHARP that I saw the blood before it registered I'd taken off a PIECE of my finger. I will never be able to get away with a crime now. My Finger print is greatly altered and partially missing after it healed (which took weeks)GO SLOWLY! This is an amazing tool, when used properly.

Love that I can easily change the thickness of items I’m cutting. It takes up little storage room and makes ideal cuts.The included hand guard is a must. I gave up on mandolins after slicing off a piece of my finger (ewww) so the guard gives me piece of mind and makes slicing so much less tedious.Highly recommend for ease of use, storage and nice cuts.

I purchased this to replace an older mandoline, and OMG, this one is so much better than the one I previously had. The blade is super sharp, and it's very easy to use. I also love that it's small and stores nicely in a drawer.

I have used it for several months now and it has a great quality. Blade is sharp which makes the cutting extremely fast and precise, the hand protection is a plus.Nice design and functionality with firm grip, adapts to several containers shapes and sizes.
