Last time I purchased a double pack of other replacement heads because they were cheaper. They wore down fairly quickly and made it an uncomfortable and poor shave. So, this time I spent a little more to get the genuine Braun quality replacement heads. You can see and feel the difference, as these are all metal, not plastic parts with real German sharp steel blades. I am very happy with my Braun shaver, and these are great replacement blades!

I am one of those people who tends to use things until they completely wear out, and I had been using my old Braun Series 7 for maybe 3 years since it was still shaving okay. I started noticing it seemed to take longer to get a good shave, just took a lot more strokes over places I thought, and I finally bit the bullet and got this new shaver blade head. And WOW what a difference! I had just forgotten how much faster and more efficient your shave is when you have newer, sharper blades doing their thing. So I highly recommend you splurge on a new one if yours, like mine, has a few hundred cuts in its history. It's well worth the cost.
