My wife is on a high-fat, keto diet for health reasons. She's never felt better in her life and has never had better blood panel results, but after eating such high fat foods so quickly, she was having some issues digesting the fat. Won't go into details, but there was a few indications.. Her functional Dr recommended digestive enzymes, so we hopped on and ordered them. It absolutely fixed the problems she was having, and has allowed her body to better digest the high fats, and help her body along the way.The pill size itself is about average, as far as supplements go.It seems expensive for what you are getting, but when something works and fixes a problem, it's worth it.

The Designs for Health Digestzymes has been a lifesaver for me. Before I began taking them, I couldn't eat anything without my stomach distending and bloating afterwards. I was so uncomfortable and didn't want to even leave my home. Once I began taking them, I wasn't suffering from the bloating after I ate. It the first time in months that I could eat without enduring those horrible symptoms. I highly recommend this product.

These digestive enzymes work quite well when I remember to take them. You’re supposed to take them about 30 minutes before you eat and I have a hard time remembering to take them. When I do remember they work well.

Medications has done damage to my digestive system and it makes taking any pill n eating hard. This helps alot. The pills are not small. Now this is my first time receiving a broken bottle (bottom). None of the pills where damage. So no real loss. I like that this product is in glass n not plastic. But a bubble wrap bag is not the way to go. They should consider better packaging.

I have lots of food sensitivities which include dairy and wheat. I have been taking these pills with every meal, minimally 1 pill (depending on how much protein I eat) and it has helped my digestion. I don't get the stomach pains, bloat, or have to get to the bathroom as soon as possible when I take these pills. These are a lifesaver and make it to where I can still enjoy food. Pricey but totally worth it.

My friend gave me one of these when we went out for pizza one night, and as a girl who gets REALLY bad gas pain with most food, and the greasy pizza gave me no issue! Needless to say these are a part of my daily routine now, and I absolutely love them.
Excellent multi enzyme formula!
I take these when I eat my breakfast as I do not digest oats all that well, but I love them. This allows me to eat my oats and also helps members of my family process dairy too. They have no bromelein which is important for my daughter who is allergic to pineapple (bromelein is derived f on pineapple). I’m very happy with this product and will purchase again.
