I'm very happy with this product. I take 3 capsules each night so one bottle is a 40 day supply. By purchasing it in a 3-pack I get a 120 day supply and a better price - and a good night's rest. For those who have not used melatonin supplements before, I recommend you start with 10 mg and work your way up to the dose that works for you. According to the studies I've read, most people get satisfactory results with 30 mg or less.

This is my preferred brand of melatonin to help with sleep. I take one tablet every night before bedtime, and have done so for years. I've tried other brands, but each doesn't seem to be as efficacious for me. Good product!

I am not sure why it asked me to rate the thickness and pain relief for this melatonin because it is a capsule. It does not offer pain relief but it definitely does help one to relax and go to sleep. I definitely recommend this product to anyone who can not get to sleep on their own. I just recently discovered that it is not what I think of as natural (from a plant, or the land, I guess) That was a disappointing discovery, but it does the job. I have also learned that if I take too high of a dose then it does the opposite and keeps me awake so you have to experiment and find out what amount works for you. The 10 mg is the highest dosage in one capsule that I have found. As with a lot of products like this, my dosage starts out low and then I have to increase it as time goes on to get the same effect, until I have to stop taking it for a bit and let my system reset so it will work like I need it to. I have purchased this brand for years and will continue to do so until I find a different one, with the same quality or better, that works as well. I have no negative side effects and am able to wake up refreshed, wide eyed and bushy tailed!

For me this feels like it’s actually 3mg. A problem with capsules is that they’re difficult to reliably dose, and tablets are a lot more consistent. I’ve always felt like this is 3mg instead of 8mg or too high. It helps my sleep without making me feel groggy.

Works very well. I was using the Melatonin ND by Premire Labs and it worked great but does cost about $20 or more. I was leary to try this but thought for the price that I should give it a try. I put under my tongue and let it sit for about 20min. It probably doesn't even need to sit there that long but I'm a little paranoid so I do.I have been sleeping very well and do not get awakened during the night. With the other one from PL I did wake on occasion and then would have to get back to sleep and now it is much easier; so much so that I don't really notice that I wake, if I do at all. The price is great too and it's a 4mo supply.

I bought these online because they were a good value and had a 10 mg potency. The melatonin is supposed to "relax your mind" and stop it from racing from the day's activities. I take one each night with a generic doxylamine succinate tablet to help me get a restful sleep. At 66 years of age, sometimes it seems difficult to get to sleep at night, but with that non-addictive combination, I have virtually no trouble getting to sleep each night.
