I would never use any other after shave product but Gillette After Shave Gel because: It is smooth, it hydrates the skin, it is economical, it works very well with electric shaving, it smells really masculine and nice, it is cooling and soothing...who could ask for anything more? I highly recommend it.

This Gillette aftershave is absolutely terrific. I have been using it for over fifteen years and many have commented on how clean and manly it smells. Despite having fallen somewhat for the 'men's shaving product' campaign over the past few years and incorporated some swanky brushes, creams, and soaps into my routine; this inexpensive aftershave is still my go to because of its combination of efficacy, feel, smell, and value. First off, this blue aftershave (which I like much more than the white one) smells really clean, fresh, and a bit old-school. It is subtle but its presence will be noticed by anyone who gets close to you. With respect to application, it goes on cool; soothing and lubricating with a (most importantly) non-greasy feel. While it does contain alcohol, applying it is not stingy. It does not dry your skin out either because the other ingredients keep your skin hydrated. A nickel sized amount in your palm is enough and a tube lasts a long time. Lastly, the value of this aftershave is great. I used to gladly shell out the $3.29 a tube in the stores for one of these tubes, now to have this six pack (which I forecast will last me about two years) for <$2/tube is even better. I even use it on my (few) non-shaving days because it smells good and feels so nice on the skin. Nothing but compliments for this aftershave.

At last - great to have it back!
Part of my daily shaving routine for 20 years and idiotically, Gillette stopped producing it. I was reduced to sourcing it from the US at extortionate cost. Great to have it back. It smells pleasantly fresh, is non-greasy and acts as a soothing aftershave without the AAAARRRRGGGHHHHH...! - inducing sting of neat aftershave. Pretty easy on my skin, though there is a version for sensitive skin you can also get. One bottle lasts me weeks on end.I repeat: GREAT TO HAVE IT BACK...!!!
