This is nice booster for those workouts that get slightly harder when you hit that 40 bench mark. It won’t make you all jittery just gives you some more energy and better blood flow. Waited 2 months of use before doing the review on this. Takes about 4-7 days of use then you feel that slight difference.

I sort my weekly pills at the beginning of the week and putting these pills together with any sort of gel capsule will cause these to crumble to powder very quickly. I’m now sorting my next week of pills and will sort these separate just so I can finish the bottle and have it not go to waste, but opening the ORIGINAL bottle these pills came in, and it seems other pills are starting to crumble in there! I live in a veryyyy dry climate, there is no reason these pills should be breaking down just sitting in their original container.Will not purchase again. Waste of many cause I refuse to consume the powdery mess broken down from the capsules

The pill falls apart after 3 days out of the jar.I take a variety of common vitamins and put them in a snack baggie. Within 3 days this pill degrades; it strats flaking and then within 3 days turns to powder

The pills are great. So much better than the powder you mix and drink. My only problem is if you store your meds in a pill holder don't include these. In their bottle they are fine buy move them out and they turn to powder. Just an FYI.

Dishonest and dangerous labelling
I purchased this for would care for an elderly parent - the medicinal dose is 8mg a day. This product states it is 3mg everywhere - it’s not till I read a few negative reviews here that I realised that the ingredients are ‘per serve’, and a dose is 3 tablets! I’m amazed they can get away with this, it is false advertising, and if used medicinally for wound healing could actually be dangerous.
