I take this as a supplement and seldom get sick. Don’t really know how to review it other than to say I will continue to take it. It’s in a tablet form; however, I’m not sensitive to swallowing multiple pills at once, so really don’t know if people who are sensitive to swallowing pills will be affected by the tablet.
